The Right Way to Quit Your Job,

This is such great advice. I used all of this more or less when I quit my last job to move on to my current position. Since then, my old boss and I have been out to lunch multiple times, and he remains a great person in my network. More so, because he believes I was a star employee, and I worked hard up until I left, and still help my replacement on occasion. -

I read somewhere that a good question to ask is "Can you describe your ideal candidate for the position?" Then if you haven't addressed something that they just described in your interview, you have a chance to after they answer the question. I've used that on my last couple job interviews and it worked well .
