I am a 20-something young professional with a background in Human Resources. I am the Work area content manager and as such have the privilege of indulging my love of research and blogging. I am extremely excited about Qvisory and can't wait to see how far we can take this concept. I truly believe that young Americans are faced with challenges unique to this generation and am committed to equipping them to succeed in this dynamic environment.

- I will take time to relax and de-stress every day if 5 other people do the same..
- I will bring my lunch to work 4 days out of the week to save money if 3 other people do the same.
- I will compliment at least one person at work every day if 5 other people do the same.
- I will smile more if 5 other people turn their frowns upside down too..
- I will bring coffee to work rather than purchase it on the way if 5 other people do the same.
- I will shop at the local farmers market for fresh produce. if 25 other people do it too!.
- I will update my resume and have 3 others review it. if 5 other people update theirs too..
- I will try to cook at home more if 20 other people do the same.
- I will begin making interest payments on my graduate school loans if 5 other people joing me.
- I will help you grow your professional network on Linkedin. if 10000 other people do the same!.
- I will pay $200 towards my credit card debt every month until it's paid off if 10 other people do the same.

Ooh, good one Working Girl! That's a healthy way to look at it, though, isn't it? A lot of people (myself included) tend to look at working relationships as relationships and then there's a ton of obligation and emotion behind it. I really like the idea of regarding it as a business relationship, though. -

-H, I think that maintaining clear boundaries at work is a great way to keep from being burned at work. If quiet lunches help you re-charge then I'm glad that works for you. Everyone has their own way of doing things and I respect your ability to keep your private and professional lives separate.
