Structure
Qvisory is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization encompassing membership and advocacy. Within Qvisory is a wholly owned subsidiary organization, Qvisory Services, Inc., which distributes products that we offer outside of those within our membership. We also have the Qvisory Education Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which provides educational information.
Qvisory’s operations are located in Seattle, Washington. Eileen V. Quigley is the President and Executive Director of Qvisory. Ms. Quigley is a former national journalist and executive director of two nonprofit organizations based in Seattle.
Most recently, Ms. Quigley was an executive at RealNetworks, Inc., where she ran the Nonprofit Affairs division and the RealNetworks Foundation, the vehicle through which the company gave away five percent of its net profits. While at Real, she created a business dedicated to providing high-quality web, streaming media, and strategic consulting services to progressive nonprofit organizations. Ms. Quigley holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.S. from Columbia University.
