      <description>It's hard for a lot of younger American workers today especially because universities and colleges have lowered many of their requirements and expectations. BA/BS is not what is was 10 years ago. I remember when a doctorate was only required for teaching and the few who wanted the distinction - these days, it seems like the only thing that can set you apart.</description>
