      <description>Thanks for your advice. I'm with you on #3. Back in the day I was proud to call myself an &amp;quot;excellent multi-tasker,&amp;quot; but today I hate multi-tasking, no longer can do it, and try to just do one thing at a time. What is the client management system that your husband found success with, I wonder? Is it anything others could copy?</description>

      <description>WorkerB, thanks for your comment!  My husband developed an elaborate Excel spreadsheet and implemented copious notes in order to help him keep track of everything.  It's saved his bacon on numerous occasions!</description>
