      <description>I read somewhere that a good question to ask is &amp;quot;Can you describe your ideal candidate for the position?&amp;quot; Then if you haven't addressed something that they just described in your interview, you have a chance to after they answer the question. I've used that on my last couple job interviews and it worked well  . </description>
