      <description>A well-balanced and objective article. I agree that true creativity is stunted by working in groups. Many of the best theories in any subject were created by the thinkings of one man or a team.

Try it out yourself if you don't believe it. At a party or group, bring up the subject of what would be a great new business idea and how you should market it. Everyone will have ideas, and most of them probably won't work.</description>
