      <description>I agree Jason. There are so many ways to not to waste food. I like to take scraps of veggies or ones that are &amp;quot;forgotten&amp;quot; and make a stock instead of tossing them out. Stocks make everything taste better than just adding water. I also do this with various types of meat and their bones. Perfect for soups which are of course can be garnished with homemade croutons! By the way, may I suggest banana bread? Think of all the money we save by using all our resources. </description>

      <description>Funny that you mention banana bread. My wife is making some right now! Since we haven't been eating out as much, we are trying to use that extra time to be more resourceful with our at-home leftovers.</description>
