It seems like when I'm stressed out or busy, sleep is the first thing to be cut from my schedule. Making sleep more of a priority will hopefully mean that I'm healthier, less stressed, and a more efficient (awake) worker.

This pact ended at March 31, 2008.

unfortunately, I do the same thing. I'm cutting from my sleep. I know that it doesn't do me any good, but still it seems that I always have same work that need to be done, instead of rest or sleep.
