I think I have the opposite problem here - too much personal life, not enough work - but I do need to figure out a better balance. I'm happy, but BROKE.

Right, it's tough. My fiance and I usually end up half-watching a movie together, while we are on our laptops at the same time. Always keeping the house clean seems near impossible.

I sympathize with this--it seems like if my partner and I are going to stay caught up at work, we have to stay late. Unfortunately, it seems like if we mean to have any time with our daughter and manage to somehow keep the house reasonably clean and meals made, we practically have to leave early.
